  • CSH-250130 CO2 Laser Cutting Machine

    1. This model has been released and installed on customers' sites since more than 15 years ago. Those machines installed, continued to bring profits for both oversea and local users. Most of the earliest users are still using this machine stably and comfortably.
    2. The working area of this model is 250 x 130 cm. It integrates the following designs and durable parts, having achieved reliable laser cutting work in heavy usage environments.
    2.1 Equipped with RF Pulse CO2 (metal) laser head. According to the company's experience, it can be stable and durable for 5-10 years of operation. The options of CO2 laser tube are between 100W and 600 W.
    2.2 By applying the gantry design, the difference between the farthest processing point (away from laser output) and the nearest processing point will be greatly reduced. Thus the cutting quality will be more consistent.
    2.3 Driven by ball screw, the accuracy is high, and there is no need for additional gap compensation in the controller.
    2.4 Driven by AC servo motor, it runs with sufficient power and is controlled by servo without losing steps.
    3. To be addressed specifically, the shorter ball screw axes can be modified to a dedicated " Beam Delivery Same Distance (BDSD)” module (optional), which is required by die-board manufacturers for making “high quality cuts” on 18mm plywood.
    4. The working platform of this machine is made of 15mm thick aluminum extrusion material, which has excellent flatness and can be disassembled and replaced. At the same time, this also avoids the problem of continuous partial cutting of the beam when the flatness is poor in a large working area.
    5. The lower part of the machine adopts an open design, including two unloading chutes. Pipelines and snake pipes are arranged on the side of the machine, making maintenance easier.
    6. The machine base support design includes six wheels, which are made of silent nylon material with a diameter of 100mm and a load capacity of up to 900kg.
    7. The upper exhaust design of the machine provides a 4" extraction interface in the sheet metal. The lower exhaust air provides two 6" extraction ports in the sheet metal. Customers can install their own hoses and high-horsepower exhaust fans to improve the ventilation effect.
    8. This machine can be equipped with a visual positioning CCD (optional item) to grab the "target-mark”- on the workpiece, which is suitable for all kinds of materials after printing.

    1. This CSB-060060 laser machine adopts a [Beam Fixed] / Moving Table configuration, making it the preferred model for cutting small-size Die-Board.
    In addition to the production of 18mm plywood Die-Board, this machine will also work well for making the plastic Die-Board (typically 6mm PVC base plates) commonly used for stamping membrane films, separating films, and other thin material parts traditionally cut by a die in the electronics industry. This machine would be a very helpful tool for cutting these die-boards of small volume or even one-of-a-kind.
    2. CSB-060060 cutting table is driven by ball screw shaft. The ball screw shaft is sealed and dustproof, which will reduce the needs for maintenance.
