CSB-060060 CO2 Laser Cutting Machine – Wood Die-Board and Plastic (PVC) Die-Board
1. This CSB-060060 laser machine adopts a [Beam Fixed] / Moving Table configuration, making it the preferred model for cutting small-size Die-Board.
In addition to the production of 18mm plywood Die-Board, this machine will also work well for making the plastic Die-Board (typically 6mm PVC base plates) commonly used for stamping membrane films, separating films, and other thin material parts traditionally cut by a die in the electronics industry. This machine would be a very helpful tool for cutting these die-boards of small volume or even one-of-a-kind.
2. CSB-060060 cutting table is driven by ball screw shaft. The ball screw shaft is sealed and dustproof, which will reduce the needs for maintenance.
3. The worktable (Needle Pins Table) is designed to be installed with copper pins, and the copper thimble platform can minimize the damage to the bottom of the material plate caused by the reflected laser light.
4. The whole series of this machine is equipped with pulsed CO2 lasers imported from Europe and the United States. The entry-level model would be named a 150W machine. However, the actual output power of laser in that machine could reach up to 150W-180W.
5. This machine applied 2.5" & 5.0" focusing lens, when the thin plate is changed to cut the thick plate, it is easy to replace the focusing lens. The Z-axis stroke is 65 mm. Besides, with the assistance of built-in "Auto Focus Tracer", accurate focusing of laser beam could be done automatically prior to cut.
6. This machine will need to be supplied with oil-free and water-less assistant air. That will help cool the lenses and extend their lifetime.
7. We make all upper and lower side parts for exhaust ventilation standard modules in this machine.
8. The welded structure of the machine will rarely bend to become deformed, which will keep the flatness of platform during long years of usage.
9. The whole set of machines includes EZLASER CAM software. Some important CAM features such as "lead cut" are included in this software.
10.This machine is equipped with a multilingual 7" touch screen interface, which is very convenient for the operator.
