1. It is equipped with X-Y Stage constructed by high prevision ball-screw axis with strokes 200 x100 mm. That will extend the available marking area from field size (depending on f-theta lens applied ) of ex: 70mmX70mm to a larger 200 X 100 mm area with controllable position for processing spots. X-Y Stage with other strokes and different power levels of fiber laser will be negotiable to select.
2. This machine complied with US CDRH Class I safety regulation. The material of viewing windows is qualified and from the US top brand company LaserVision。
3. IPG Pulse Fiber Laser Inside : Stable output power and extremely durable for heavy duty processing.
4. Utilizing multi-lingual EZLASER CAD/CAM (Marker) (or MakingMate) software for setting parameters, with familiar Windows functions and easy-to-learn for users. Be able to engrave objects deeply with drawing (circle, arc...),auto-text (S/N, 1D/2D barcode) and graphics (DXF,TIF,JPG...). Provide Grid Method and Scale Method for precise distortion compensation. Formula method provides barrel, trapezoid and parallelogram 3 kinds of distortion correction. Allow users to name, save, and load the marking parameters. It provides a user-friendly operation window for quick execution/input of commands such as signal input, signal output, pause, delay time, motion, current position setting, loop, home return, zoom, port output, port input, and power setting. Users are allowed to edit the parameters of this object: Digital In, Digital Out, Do Pause, Delay. User Level is divided into Operator, Programmer, and Administrator to separate user's authorities. Besides, the software provides library and OCX component for developing advanced “Marking Total Solutions”. It also supports variety PCI, PCIe, USB, EtherNet interfaces for controllers and features of marking on plane or non-plane surface are both available.
5. Optional advanced features of the software includes : Rotary Axis Positioning Marking, Mark On Fly, 2.5D/3D Marking, Dual Head Marking, Computer Vision Positioning Marking…
6. Motorized Ball-Screw Axes with excellent accuracy actuates Z-axis movement for focusing.
7. Precision and fine marking lines width less than 0.1mm.
8. Easy Maintenance Design : Easy open side covers and modular design make maintenance faster and easier. Minimum Machine Frame Design : Compact frame design minimizes the machine footprint.
