1. This machine are driven by several ball screw axes, which adopts a sealed and dustproof design to reduce the maintenance required.
The Y-axis includes two precision grade C5 grade screws: +/-40um/1000mm with a cumulative error (40 um).
The X-axis includes a rotation-grade C7 grade screw: +/-50um/300mm cumulative error (50 um).
2. It uses a 150W pulsed laser, and the actual output is about 150W-180W.
3. Adopt 2.5" & 5" focusing lens, easy to replace the focusing lens when changing the thick plate.
4. Use positive pressure blowing (the gas must be oil-free and waterless). It can effectively cool the lenses and extend the use of longevity lenses.
5. Cutting and processing capacity of 150W model:
5.1 1.2mm steel, stainless steel @ 1600-1800mm/min speed.
5.2 30mm Acrylic @120mm/min.
5.3 3mm acrylic @5000mm/min (max. speed).
5.4 18mm wood @500mm/min (200w is actually about 800-1000mm/min).
6. Upper and lower exhaust are standard equipment.
7. Steel structure will not deform, improving the flatness of the machine processing platform.
8. Z-axis adjustable 40mm, penetrating design, etc.
9. The whole set includes EZLASER CAD/CAM software, which can be set up with advanced functions such as "lead cut".
10. Multilingual 7" human-machine touch interface, very convenient to operator.
11. Visual Positioning CCD (Optional) main specifications / performance : 130 megapixels, resolution 11.3um, recognition range 14.5 mmx11.0 mm.
