What is so special about an EZLASER
system? |
 |
| EZLASER
means we designed the system for easy(EZ)
operation & maintenance. EZLASER
is backed by HIGH Quality. EZLASER
is not only a brand name, also an
ideal. We make EZLASER easy to be
searched, installed, tracked, owned.
All of our systems equipped with seal-off
CO2 laser from 25 to 400 watts, working
area from 660.4x304.8mm to 4¡¦x6¡¦.
All systems are suitable for processing
non-metallic materials in different
cutting, drilling, perforating and
scribing application. Our brand new
LCR
series can cut thin metal, it's just
up to another level.

How to choose a suitable system? |
 |
When deciding
which system is suitable for you, we
find there are three questions help
you to make the decision¡G
I. What
is the maximum size piece you will be
working with?
Determine the maximum piece size that
makes up the majority of your work and
match that to the model that most closely
fits your needs. A larger work area
allows more pieces to run in a single
job.
II. What
material will you be working with?
Selecting the correct wattage depends
on the material you will be using. While
even our low wattage (25 watt) lasers
will engrave and cut most materials
you will use, laser wattage and speed
go hand-in-hand. Materials such as acrylic
and laserable plastic can be engraved
with relatively low power at high speeds.
Other materials, like wood or rubber
will work with lower wattage, but require
higher power to run at high speeds.

III.
How large is your planned workload?
Time is Money! Faster engraving speeds
produce more work in less time, which
helps to produce higher profits! If
your projected workload is small, maximum
engraving speed may be less important
than size or wattage. Also on cutting
applications- depends on the size of
material and thickness of it. Refer
to the chart below¡G |

What additional equipments will we have
to purchase for he laser system? |
 |
| The
system will need extra "hardware"
like exhaust and air compressor. We
can offer it by extra charge. But
we would suggest that you can buy
those equipments locally, it will
be more easy for you to maintenance
by local supplier. The "software"
will be the Auto CAD, Win CAD or Corel-Draw
to export DXF files.
